FAQ

How do I sign up to become an affiliate?

On the home page of the membership site, click the “Sign Up as Affiliate” button to the right of the welcome video.

I'm not sure how the affiliate program works. How can I learn more?

If you have signed up as an affiliate, you will see an “Affiliates Training” section on the home page of the membership site where all the recordings of the affiliate training calls are located.

We recommend starting with the “Affiliate Overview 6-13-18” call and then the most recent Q&A Sessions.

You will receive a weekly email reminder of the Affiliate Q&A call that takes place every Wednesday at either 9:00 pm EST or 4:00 pm EST (alternates weekly).

How do I log into the affiliate site?

You can access the Affiliate Site by clicking the “Affiliates” link at the top of the Membership Site, by clicking the “My Affiliate Dashboard” button to the right of the welcome video on the Membership site, or by going to https://fd426.infusionsoft.com/app/authentication/login.

Your login information for the Affiliate Site is different than your login information for the Membership Site.

If you have not signed up to be an affiliate, you can do that on the home page of the Membership Site.

If you have a question about your login information, email support@gloriamacdonald.com.

Where can I find my affiliate links?

To get your affiliate links, you have to log in to the affiliate site at:
https://fd426.infusionsoft.com/app/authentication/login

Once you are logged in, go to “Link Generator” on the left sidebar and it will bring up a page with your unique links for each offer.

When and how are affiliate commissions paid?

Affiliate commissions are paid via PayPal on the first of the month following a 30-day period.

For example, the commission for a sale made on July 26 would be paid on September 1.

Where can I find email, post and article templates?

Templates for messages, emails, posts and articles are located in the Affiliate Site: https://fd426.infusionsoft.com/app/authentication/login.

Once you are logged in, go to “E-mail Templates” on the left side bar for sample articles, promotional posts and emails you can cut and paste. Remember to edit the template to insert your personal affiliate link.

The “Resource Pages” link on the left menu bar also has sample messages and images you can use in your promotional efforts.

Will Gloria be emailing my leads or should I?

Yes, your leads will automatically receive a series of emails by Gloria.

We recommend you send your leads a welcome email so they start getting to know you.

For example:

Dear _______,
I see you just picked up a copy of [name of lead magnet]. Congrats! I’ve found the information in it to be really helpful.

I’ve been in the network marketing business for X years, and I’m so thrilled that I found Gloria MacDonald’s training on LinkedIn. It’s revolutionized the way I prospect and recruit!

I highly recommend the 60 Minute Power Recruiting Program if you’re serious about growing your business. It’s only $47 and there’s a 30-day guarantee, so you have absolutely nothing to lose. You can get it here: [your affiliate link].

If you have any questions at all about Gloria’s programs I’d be happy to chat with you. Feel free to book a time on my online calendar here: [link to your calendar]

I don't seem to be getting Gloria's emails. What should I do?

Here are two steps you can take to ensure you receive all of Gloria’s emails:

  1. Add gloria@gloriamacdonald.com and support@gloriamacdonald.com to your contact list so your email provider knows these are ‘safe’ addresses.
  2. Check your junk folder (or promotions tab for gmail users) for messages from the email addresses above and mark them not junk and move them to your inbox.

If you continue to have problems receiving email, email support@gloriamacdonald.com.

How can I connect with members of Gloria's programs?

You can connect with members of Gloria’s programs inside the group(s) within the membership site.

Click on someone’s name that you want to connect with and it will open up their profile. Then click the green “Add Friend” button the right of their photo. Once your friend request has been accepted you will be able to message one another.

Gloria does not recommend that program members connect with or endorse one another on LinkedIn, as that will result in an overlap in connections who will receive the same lead magnets from multiple people.
